1. General Provisions
1.1 These General Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as “GTC”) govern the terms of delivery for goods listed on the website www.litex.nl (hereinafter referred to as “Goods”) and offered by LITEX DIRECT.
1.2 By placing an order, the customer confirms that they have read and fully accept these GTC. The customer also agrees to the use of means of distance communication in the context of concluding the contract.
1.3 These GTC form an integral part of every customer order and define the rights and obligations of the contracting parties, unless otherwise expressly agreed.
2. Ordering and Delivery
2.1 The customer orders goods by completing and submitting the electronic order form available at www.litex.nl. The purchase contract is concluded once the order has been confirmed by LITEX. This confirmation usually takes place via email or phone, after checking the availability of the goods and confirming a possible delivery date. The confirmed order (or confirmed parts thereof) is binding for both parties, provided the agreed conditions are met. Essential elements of the order include product specification, quantity, price, payment method, shipping method, delivery address, and estimated delivery date.
2.2 LITEX reserves the right to cancel orders without providing reasons. The customer will be informed of such cancellation by email.
2.3 The seller is entitled to cancel an order if:
• the goods are no longer being manufactured or supplied,
• the price has changed significantly,
• other serious reasons prevent fulfillment.
Any payments already made will be refunded to the customer without delay.
2.4 Delivery is made to the address specified by the customer in the order form. The customer confirms that they are authorized to receive deliveries at this address.
2.5 The usual delivery time is between 3 and 5 business days from the date of order confirmation by LITEX.
2.6 The customer may cancel the order at any time prior to its confirmation by LITEX without giving reasons. After the order has been confirmed, cancellation is only possible if LITEX fails to meet the agreed delivery terms.
2.7 LITEX bears the risk of damage during transport.
2.8 The customer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the goods.
To initiate a return or exchange, please email litex@litex.de. We will send you a DHL return label.
Once you receive the return label by email, please pack the items you wish to return securely. If you need further assistance, feel free to contact us at litex@litex.de.
Please allow 3 to 5 business days after your request for processing. You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been issued.
After the returned goods have been received in proper condition, LITEX will refund the purchase price (excluding shipping costs) to the account provided by the customer.
3. Prices and Shipping Costs
3.1 The customer agrees to pay the price stated on www.litex.nl at the time of placing the order. This price will also appear on the invoice.
3.2 Flat-rate shipping cost: €3.50 (within Germany and Austria).
4. Warranty and Complaints
4.1 The customer is entitled to report defects within 24 months of receiving the goods. Within this period, LITEX will repair any justified defects free of charge. If repair is not possible, the customer is entitled to a replacement, a price reduction, or a full refund.
4.2 The warranty does not apply to damage caused by improper use, normal wear and tear, or insufficient care.
